The Park Pedestrian Bridge in Kyiv — designed by the Ukrproektstalkonstruktsiya institute and built by Mostobud in 1957 — marked 60 years since opening.

The 400-metre bridge links the right bank of the Dnipro with Trukhaniv Island. The channel is crossed by a suspension composite steel-reinforced-concrete superstructure with a 180-metre central span and 26 m clearance above the water.

Over six decades the Park Bridge has become one of Kyiv's symbols — a favourite spot for walks, runs and photoshoots. The structure remains in service without major emergency repairs.
