In 2023 the Podilsko-Voskresenskyi Bridge in Kyiv was partially opened: special transport, emergency vehicles, and bus route #111 between the Ploshcha Ukrainskykh Heroyiv and Livoberezhna metro stations could now use it.

This was the first real operational traffic after more than 30 years of construction. The Podilsko-Voskresenskyi crossing is Kyiv's largest bridge project: 7.1 km long, comprising 3 bridges (across the Harbour, the Dnipro with a 344 m arch span, and the Desenka), 3.6 km of viaducts, and the embankment in the Rusanivka Gardens.

The contractor for key segments — Mostobud. The design organisation — AOZT «Kyivsouzdorproekt». The client — KP «Directorate for the Construction of Road and Transport Structures of Kyiv».
