Major-medium repair of the overpass at km 40+612 of the M-04 Znamianka–Luhansk–Izvaryne highway
Major-medium repair of the overpass at km 40+612 of the M-04 Znamianka–Luhansk–Izvaryne motorway (onwards to Volgograd via Dnipro and Donetsk), in Kirovohrad Oblast. Works in 2016–2018.

Construction period: 2016–2018.
Key scope:
demolition of the old bridge's reinforced-concrete structures — the monolithic slab and footways, superstructure beams and weakened pier concrete;
repair of intermediate and end piers, strengthening of columns and capping beams, replacement of bearing pads;
installation of span girders using boom cranes (including works on railway tracks during scheduled line possessions of set duration);
casting the monolithic overpass deck slab (110 m³) with Viatron anti-corrosion protection;
bonded waterproofing, Maurer expansion joints, railings and barriers, asphalt-concrete pavement.
